Charity Hayes-Thompson was born and raised in the Shawnee / Bethel Acres area of Oklahoma. She enjoys cooking and getting her hands dirty in her flowerbeds every chance she gets. She also values meeting new people and learning new things.

Charity's world revolves around her three grown children and two grandchildren, and she had one more grandchild on the way when she started with Pro Management in March 2020. She embraces change as a chance to grow, saying, "I am happy to be a part of this wonderful company, and look forward to the future ahead."
